Make-up that won’t go away (Even when you want it to)

Ok, so we all love our 8hr make-up that lasts all day, but have you ever come home, washed your face, toned and moisturised, only to find that 8hr eye liner has given you panda eyes? I know I have. One product I found that actually works is Garnier Soft Cleansing Milk, which you can use for your whole face. Just dab it on, leave for about 20 seconds and wipe away with a tissue. It’s that simple. The best thing about it is that it’s gentle enough to use for eye liner and doesn’t sting if you accidentally get some in you eye (I know, trust me, I’ve done this). Problem solved!
But what if you can’t get to the shops, or you need a simple solution from a product already sitting among your toiletries? Here are two solutions for you and I know you will love me for it!
Vaseline (yes, good old petroleum jelly) works great as an eye make-up remover. As with above, just dab it on, wait a few seconds and wipe away with a soft cloth. If it doesn’t wipe away easily the first time, just leave it on a little longer.
Another fantastic solution is moisturiser! Use your face moisturiser to help get rid of make-up just by dabbing it on and wiping it off. This is particularly good for those who have sensitive skin and find cleansing products too harsh. Just a warning though, this method may sting if it gets into your eye.
Hope you found this tip helpful. And don’t forget to tone and moisturise to keep your skin healthy, glowing and fresh. xoxo
