Here is a list of things that you can do in a minute or less to make yourself more beautiful.
* Put cinnamon oil on your lips to make them look more plump.
* Clean your face with Pepto Bismol, trust me!
* Don't wash your hair. The natural oils help repair the hair.
* Moisturize your face. It takes only a second but lasts a lifetime.
* Look for the line. If your foundation is darker than your skin it may leave a line around the face. NOT PRETTY!
* Smile. It takes less muscles to smile than frown. Less wrinkles!
* Stretch. The more blood flowing to the skin and muscles, the taller you will feel and the better your skin will look.
* Hydrate. The skin loves water and so does the rest of the body.
* Sleep. Recovery at the cellular levels happens during sleep.
